Enhanced Carrier Services allow our customers to continue using their existing equipment and seemlessly layer on advanced contact center tools from our carrier cloud. Customers gain features like headcount unification over a distributed environment, dynamic queuing and routing, and reporting transparency. The delivery, set-up and pricing model offer significant advantages over premise-based and hosted solutions.
Customers select the individual services required, including LocalTouch, SMRT Touch cloud-routing, analytics and other tools, on an individual campaign or trunk basis. As calls pass through the NobelBiz carrier network selected features are leveraged and billed based only on actual usage, on a per-minute basis.
